WeTransfer Reviews and Portals are gone. What replaces them?

Reviews let a client leave timestamped or pinned comments on a video or image without downloading it. Portals were branded pages where clients could upload files to you. Video editors and photographers used both daily.

Replacing Reviews (feedback on the file)
You need three things: the client watches without downloading, the note is tied to a moment in the file, and the client doesn't have to create an account.
